Description: When summarizing total counts per sample type, we calculated mean raw counts per RNA-Seq library and then ranked them from high to low for miRNA, mRNA, ncRNA and tRNA categories. The top 12 are listed in table 1. Data are collected from Table 1: RNA representation in serum- and urine-derived exosomes: top 12 RNA transcripts organized by RNA type. Values represent mean counts of mapped reads to reference transcripts.
