Description The results showed that miR-122 could bind specifically to the 5' and 3' end of target mRNAs of BDV encoding for N and P proteins, both on two positions (Fig. 1B). These results indicated that BDV persistent infection and BDV P and N proteins were able to suppress the expression of miR-122.
