Visualization
ViRBase provides visualization service online and the panel is easy to modulate. It allows user to observe and analyze ncRNA-associated interaction network by selecting interesting virus and Host. It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported. In the bottom of visualization page, for EBV and KSHV-associated network (more than 5000 edges), we just represent the potential Gene Ontology functions and KEGG pathways by performing enrichment analysis.
The network is between virus and host: interactions

Cytoscape Web works best with small- to medium-sized networks, generally with up to a few hundred nodes and edges, and the interactions can become sluggish around 2000 elements (nodes or edges)-800 nodes and 1200 edges. Hence, for EBV and KSHV-associated network (more than 5000 edges), we just represent the potential Gene Ontology functions and KEGG pathways by performing enrichment analysis.
