Detailed Description: During KSHV lytic infection, the expression of viral ORF57 leads to a substantial decrease in overall PABPC1 expression, along with a shift in the cellular distribution of the remaining PABPC1 to the nucleus. Together, these data indicate that PABPC1 is an important cellular target of viral ORF57 to directly upregulate PAN accumulation during viral lytic infection, and the ability of host PABPC1 to disrupt ORF57 expression is a strategic host counterbalancing mechanism.

It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
