Virus: Reconstructed 1918 influenza virus(r1918)
Host Species: Mus musculus
ncRNA Source: Host
ncRNA Category: miRNA
ncRNA Symbol: mmu-mir-200b(miR-200b)
Tissue: mice lung cells
Expression Direction of ncRNA: Downregulation

Interactor Category: -
Interactor Symbol: -
Expression Direction of Interactor: -
Validated Method: RNA isolation, MicroRNA microarray analysis, Quantitative real-time PCR, mRNA microarray analysis
PMID: 20071585
Detailed Description: Table 1; We found that a group of microRNAs, including miR-200a and miR-223, were differentially expressed in response to influenza virus infection and that r1918 and A/Texas/36/91 infection induced distinct microRNA expression profiles.

It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
