Tissue: -
Expression Direction of ncRNA: -
Interactor in Virus or Host: Virus
Interactor Category: Protein
Interactor Symbol: Wsv477
Expression Direction of Interactor: -
Validated Method: Shrimp culture and shrimp infection by WSSV, Cell culture, transfection, and fluorescence assays, Northern blotting, Western blotting, Statistical analysis, Quantitative real-time PCR.
PMID: 23015693
Detailed Description: In this study, the results showed that shrimp miR-7 could target the 3'-untranslated region(3'UTR) of the WSSV early gene wsv477, implying that miR-7 was involved in viral DNA replication. In insect High Five cells, the synthesized miR-7 significantly decreased the expression level of the fluorescent construct bearing the 3=UTR of wsv477 compared with the expression of the control constructs. .

It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
