Detail:
Vhid: HVID00011766
Virus: Adeno-associated virus(AAV)
Host Species: Homo sapiens
ncRNA Source: Host
ncRNA Category: miRNA
ncRNA Symbol: hsa-mir-214
Tissue: Saos-2 cells
Expression Direction of ncRNA: -
Interactor in Virus or Host: Virus
Interactor Category: Protein
Interactor Symbol: E1A
Expression Direction of Interactor: Downregulation
Validated Method: Luciferase reporter.
PMID: 22982546
Detailed Description: The activity from the same reporter was unchanged in HeLa cells, which display low-level miR-214 expression. Finally, we confirmed that the knockdown of the miR-214 upregulated the productive efficiency of the virus. These findings indicate that cellular miR-214 is capable of inhibiting adenovirus replication by regulating the translation of E1A protein.

It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
