Detailed Description: We found that EGFR was regulated by miR-342, miR-155, miR-30b, miR-210, miR-192, let-7g, and miR-146b-5p, which were all down expressed in H1N1 critically ill patients.These downregulated miRNAs can upregulate EGFR expression, resulting in easier virus replication and propagation at the early stage of infection. .
