Detailed Description: Further study showed that miR-21 could protect myocardial apoptosis by specifically inhibiting its target programmed cell death 4(PDCD4) expression.Myocardial microRNA expression changes in CVB3-infected mice were analyzed by real-time PCR and miR-21 was found to be the miRNA whose expression was significantly reduced. miR-21 administration efficiently alleviated CVB3-induced myocarditis by repressing PDCD4-mediated apoptosis.

It needs some time to initialize of Cytoscape web tool, please wait a while. The Cytoscape web tool also needs the Flash Player installed and supported.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting ncRNA/Interactor with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
