Description In Northern hybridization, the miR-K1 suppressor increased the expression of Pan transcript, one of the most abundant viral lytic transcripts, by 3.7- and 3.2-fold, and ORF57 transcript, another viral lytic transcript, by 2.6- and 2.1-fold in uninduced and T/B-induced PEL cells, respectively (Fig. 4m).
