Description
Intriguingly, ectopic expression of miR-BART21 also inhibited luciferase expression from the rLCV LMP1 3'UTR reporter (Fig. 7E), consistent with our PAR-CLIP results demonstrating that the miR-BART21 homolog (miR-rL1-23) binds the rLMP1 mRNA (Fig. 5C).
