Consistent with regulation of LRRC8D and NHP2L1 by kshv-miR-K12-3, qPCR revealed significant enrichment of their transcripts in the Ago2-IPs of 293-miR-K3 cells following dox induction, but not in 293-miR-K4 cells (Figure 4G).
Here,we explore the similarities and differences in the functions of miRNA targets from the limited number of experimentally validated miRNA targets and the larger number of targets predicted by recent reports using high-throughput sequencing of RNA isolated by crosslinking immunoprecipitation(HITS-CLIP and PAR-CLIP) (Table 2).Table 2 Validated targets from high-throughput studies.
