Description
In this study, we measured the levels of 39 EBV-encoded miRNAs in NNLs. We found that the EBV-encoded miR-BART20-5p inhibits T-bet with secondary suppression of p53 in invasive NNLs. miR-BART20-5p is a marker for disease progression, and antagomirs to miR-BART20-5p might be useful therapeutically.
