Description
Finally, we also cloned 3'UTRs of three putative EBV miRNA targets, namely TOMM22 (mitochondrial import receptor subunit TOM22 homolog), IPO7 (importin 7), and RAB13 (RAB13, member RAS oncogene family) into dual-luciferase vectors. Potential binding sites for EBV miRNAs were predicted using RNAhybrid(Rehmsmeier et al., 2004).
