Description After that, the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV were examined in the pHBV1.3-transfected cells in the presence or absence of siRNAs targeting circ_0004812. The results demonstrated that levels of HBsAg and HBeAg were significantly decreased in the pHBV1.3-transfected cells co-transfected with circ_0004812 siRNAs, as compared to cells with only pHBV1.3 (Fig. 2b and c).
