Description The result showed that the inhibitors of miR-548b-5p, miR-548c-5p, miR-548i, and miR-548j increased the IFN-lambda1 levels (Fig. 3C). These results showed that the endogenous IFN-lambda1 and ISGs were regulated by miR-548. These findings imply that miR-548 and the inhibitors regulate host antiviral response.
