Description Using these data, we analyzed the expression of miRNA-20a and miRNA-20b in relation to VEGF expression levels in brainstems of the uninfected, ts1-infected, uninfected GVT-treated and ts1-infected GVT-treated mice. ts1-infected brainstems showed an upregulation of miRNA-20a and miRNA-20b compared with the brainstems of uninfected mice (Fig. 3c, d).
