Detail:
ncRNA Symmbol:miR-455
ncRNA Category:miRNA
Interaction Gene Symbol: CALR
Death Pathway:apoptosis
Expression Direction of ncRNA:
Species:Homo sapiens
Tissue:cardiac cell
PMID: 25695617
Detail Description:

However, miR-455 replacement therapy markedly reduced myocardial fibrosis and inhibited apoptosis, suggesting that this therapy can prevent maladaptive ventricular remodeling. miR-455 was also identified and validated to target calreticulin, a protein that is critical for cardiac development. The restoration of miR-455 gene expression may thus be a potential therapeutic strategy to reverse pressure-induced cardiac hypertrophy and prevent maladaptive cardiac remodeling through the regulation of miR-455 at different time points following hypertrophy.

Select the Level of Neighbour: First Neighbour Second Neighbour

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
