Detail:
ncRNA Symmbol:miR-378
ncRNA Category:miRNA
Interaction Gene Symbol: BCL2
Death Pathway:apoptosis
Expression Direction of ncRNA:down
Species:Homo sapiens
Tissue:Mesenchymal stem cell
PMID: 25418617
Detail Description:

The miR-378 group formed a larger number of vascular branches on matrigel. BCL2 level was decreased accompanied with an upregulated expression of BAX in the two experimental groups under the hypoxic environment. BAX expression was reduced in the miR-378 group under the hypoxic environment. In the miR-378 group, there was a decreased expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha on protein level and a reduction of TUSC-2 under normoxic environment. Their expressions were both downregulated under hypoxic environment. For the angiogenesis related genes, enhanced expressions of vascular endothelial growth factoralpha, platelet derived growth factor-beta and transforming growth factor-beta1 could be detected both in normoxic and hypoxic-ischemic conditions.

The 'First Node' or 'Second Node' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with the first or second interaction node, the 'Both the Nodes' option represents the sub-network of interacting entry with both of interaction nodes.
The 'First Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct interacting with the center node, the 'Second Neighbour' represents the sub-network of direct or second step interacting with the center node. Interaction sub-network based on the two nodes of this interaction may help the researchers represents all interacting partners immediately.
