Description	Here we identified circLgr4 as a highly expressed circRNA in colorectal tumors and colorectal CSCs.circLgr4 drove the self-renewal of colorectal CSCs through peptide-dependent manner. circLgr4-derived peptide interacted with and activated Lgr4, which further promoted the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling.
